Transparent shape with text

Hi,

I have been using articulate for about an year now. Is there a way to set a shape as semi-transparent in Storyline? My idea is to set a picture as background and then insert a text box on it which is semi-transparent. More like a see-through, but should be easy to read as well. Any thoughts?
