Is there a way to trigger control when one box gets checked on one slide then on the last slide a check appears in like a checklist form that I can create?
Looking to recap information noted throughout the module without the results page pop up.
This can easily be done by using True/False variables that are toggled as each checkbox is selected/unselected. Then on the Review slide, the state of checkboxes is set, based on the value of these variables. See attached a quick example. Hope that gets you started.
Yes, you could add similar variables and triggers to the checkboxes in your multiple choice question, so that clicking a choice sets the associated variable. Then on the other slide, you can either shows the previous selections (like in my example), set the state of other objects, e.g. buttons, images, etc. based on the variables, etc.
How do you get it so that if multiple buttons are selected but only one submitted through the quiz that only the last choice gets chosen to be shown at the end result? If a user changes their mind on a selection and clicks two buttons, currently the triggers are selecting whatever ones are clicked on.

Is there a way to do it from a multiple choice question to a button option on a separate slide?

How do I access your attachment? Nothing comes up.
Here is a revised example, using a multiple response question.
