I need to include a link inside my Storyline content to a video hosted on Kontiki. Users must watch this entire video in order to receive a complete on this course. How can I capture that completion? I'm publishing to SCORM 2004. So far, Storyline is marking the course complete as soon as the user clicks the link.
Welcome to Heroes. I am assuming you have metrics with Kontiki. What kinds of information are you able to see? Is there a way to collect that user's information? What about your LMS? Who are you using? Have you talked to them? And lastly, where are you including your link to the video? On the slide just before the results slide? Do you have it submitting via a trigger when that link is clicked?
You might have a slide before final submission to your LMS that asks for a specific issue or event within the video that the user has to enter as a way of measuring whether they watched the video or not.
