I have a slide with a scrolling panel with text. I would like to set a condition where the student cannot go to the next slide until they scroll down the panel. How do I do that?
The only real way to do this is to embed a button or checkbox into the scroll panel, similar to the end user license forms on some sites. then add a condition on the next button that the check button is selected

Open the trigger for the next button and add a condition on the dialogue box that opens, you may also want to add a layer that says you have not scrollEd to the bottom and add another trigger with a condition when next is not equal to selected
