I applied update 2 to Storyline today andsince then I've noticed that the conditions on my triggers go "missing" in the trigger pane and are not applied when the course is previewed. However, when I double-click a trigger to bring up the edit window, I can see the condition is still there.
This seems to happen specifically with triggers referring to a single shape for which I've created different states that include multiple copies of that shape within them (following the suggestion offered here).
When there are no conditions on said triggers, the "when" parameter is removed from the trigger view pane (although its there when you edit the trigger).
When a condition is added, the "when" parameter magically appears but the conditions do not!
The more I dig into this the more I'm convinced this is connected with having multiple shapes appear in a single custom state .

Actually, the update may be a red herring.
