Trigger Issues

Good morning Everyone! 

I am working on updating a short training and am having problems with a slide. Slide 1.5 needs to work the same way as slide 1.4. A couple of screenshots were updated. Once the screenshots were updated, when I go to test it, it is not working correctly. As the participant changes the slider, the picture should change. I have verified that the triggers on both slides match. Can someone take a look at it and provide some guidance as to why 1.5 is not working when it is set up the same as 1.4 (but different pictures)?
