Trigger on Slide Master

Hello everybody, 

I have the following problem. I use a Hotspot on the slide with the trigger option "show slide layer "try again" when user click outside Hotspot". On the slide master there is a botton with a trigger too. When the user click on this botton the slide layer will be showing. But I don't want this and I can't eliminate this. 

Any solution? Thank you very much!
