One of the greatest annoyances of Storyline 3 is the movement of the trigger pane — especially when editing an existing trigger. I'm not sure if this is a feature or a bug, but I'd like to be able to stop this from happening. I have a simple "true or false" activity with 10 items and 20 radio buttons. Each radio button has five triggers and it is annoying to constantly have to scroll down to where I was editing. Is there a way to lock the trigger pane to prevent it from moving?
Yes. I always work with the triggers pane undocked and maximized to fit my monitor. Unfortunately the behavior persists.
This is one reason I would love if Articulate would create a text editor for triggers, or at least a means by which developers could export a project's triggers to a text document and import the triggers by the same means.

Hi Andrew!
I can see where that would be annoying! Have you tried undocking the Trigger Panel?

Thank you kindly for your reply.
Thank you for this valuable context, Andrew!
I documented your request for a way to import and export triggers in Storyline. We'll let you know if we add this feature in a future update!
Thank you, Katie. I appreciate you for your efforts. :)
