My trigger panel is showing scrolling arrows (to the right of "Rectangle 1") instead of a list of all my triggers. How do I get it back to the regular view of all my triggers at once? Thanks.
Hey there, Leo. I haven't seen that before. Is there any improvement if you undock and redock your trigger panel? How about if you collapse that side panel (you can hover your cursor over the left boundary of it to drag it to the outside)?
You'll want to be sure that you're working on your local C: drive to eliminate any weirdness. It's odd behavior for sure, and if a little fooling around with it doesn't fix it, I'd recommend conducting a repair of your Storyline. Your projects will still be safely stored on your C: drive while you reinstall.
Thanks Crystal... I tried what you suggested (except for the reload) without success. I shut it down at the end of the day and all was back to normal this morning. I guess the old IT mantra "did you reboot it?" was the way to go! Appreciate the reply!
Well, that's good news! The old shut down....sorry I left that one out. ;)
We have a good article that actually includes "exiting the application" as one of our tips to prevent corruption. Thanks for letting us know what worked!
