Trigger problem. Can anyone help me! I am stuck

I am designing a scenario based course to help learners dealing with tricky problems when teach online. 

However, the idea is I designed a ring shape progress/result bar to encourage people re-attempt the level until they get a perfect ring/score. 

HOWEVER, every time, when I click leave 3 the second time to re try the level, the trigger lead me to another layer of that page! 

I check and check and couldn't figure out where is the problem. 

The first first time clicking level 3, there is no problem at all. 

Why every time I click the second time, it leads to different layer. 

That's very strange. 

Can anyone help me to take a look?
