Trigger that will control media and timeline Play and Pause

I am inserting media to be played from a streaming server. There will also be items on the timeline like callouts and graphics.

Can I create a button with triggers that will control the Play and Pause function of both the timeline AND the video?

Right now, the controls are separate.
