SL 360 V 15581.0 we continue to see that HTML 5 playback, from remote server, doesn't stop the timeline on a cue point accurately. The symptom is audio either stops too early or too late making a amateurish product and poor learner experience.
I thought I filled out a ticket on this issue some weeks ago. Sure wish there was a portal where I could check status. I don't recall getting a response from Articulate.
I did some digging, and it looks like my teammate Ronnie reached out to you about this issue a few weeks ago. He mentioned that he's going to reach out to you again to try and set up a meeting with you.
In the meantime, if you could send a sample file to us by clicking here, that would be even better. That will help us to get a clear picture of what you're seeing from your end. Thanks!

Hi Alyssa,
Although I've seen this issue for weeks, I was unable to get a reproducible slide to submit.
Next time.
Sam
