I am trying to set the wizard up so the user needs to click all 7 boxes before moving onto the next slide. Once I select 'Visited' an error pops up saying the 'flagged object do not have the selected...' and then I can't see what else it says.
the error means your objects (the 7 boxes) don't have a 'Visited' state available. Go to the states tab and create a visited state for each of the boxes.
It looks like Wendy has you covered in terms of the error message - and I did want to share that if you're going to use any of the built in states, they'll behave as described here.
Hi, I am very new to SL2. I created groups of shapes with text plus a check mark. The check mark normal state is invisible and visited is shown. I did this so that I could show each section of a slide as visited. Now, I don't mind care about the order that user clicks but I do care that the user clicks all before being allowed to proceed. I set up the variable and trigger but got the message "Flagged objects do not have the selected state". But I made a visited state for the text boxes as well as the check marks.
Is it possible that I can't do this with grouped objects?
It may be easiest to figure this out if we're able to take a look at your .story file. Can you share it here or even a sample that behaves the same way?

Hope that helps
