Trigger Works When Previewing The Slide But Not When Previewing The Project

Hello All,

I have a problem in Storyline that I am hoping someone in this community can help with.  I have a very simple slide: 2 objects (pictures) and 2 triggers.  The top trigger is "show layer ID verified correctly when the user drags picture 2 over picture 1" and the second trigger is a player trigger to "jump to previous slide when the user clicks previous".  The second layer of the slide simply adds a box that says "ID verified correctly" with a continue button to "jump to the next slide when the user clicks continue".  The point of the slide is to have the user drag a sample ID over a sample credit card to practice checking an ID.  When I preview the slide, the trigger works correctly but when I preview the project, the trigger does not work.  When previewing the project, it knows the object is draggable because the cursor changes when I hover over it, but when I try to drag it, there is a black circle with a line through it.
