Triggering object order change

Hi
I do not know if this has been discussed before or not. I've tried searching, but maybe I am using the wrong keywords.
Question:
How can I trigger the objects on my slide to come to the front and zoom in and then trigger them to go to the back of the slide and zoom out?
I have six images on the slide 2 rows x 3 images. I want the user to be able to click on them to zoom in and out. I have figured out the zooming part using the "States" functionality, but changing the order does not work. At this moment, zooming images appear behind the unzoomed ones.
Thanks in advance

There is no option to change the stacking order of objects on the fly. Instead of states, I would try putting the zoomed-in images on separate layers, while the zoomed-out images are on the baselayer. Clicking an image on the baselayer will show the zoomed-in version, always on top.
Hi thanks a lot.
I've just remembered how I did it in the past - Hide and unhide with a trigger. No need to programme states or deal with the layers (although it is a nice solutions).
