I have recently encountered an issue with my articulate storyline. When I apply and save a trigger to a slide or layer, it does not save it. I have to re-enter it 2-3 times before I see that it is saved to the slide or layer. Is anyone else experiencing this? How have you remedied it?
I'm having a little trouble recreating what you're describing on the latest Storyline 3 and 360 updates, so I'll need your help with these key details:
What version of Storyline are you using? To find this detail, click on the Help tab > About Storyline.
Do you experience this behavior in multiple files or a particular one?
Could you share a screenshot of the trigger you're trying to apply? I'll try to create + save the same one in my Trigger Wizard and let you know what I find!
We'll get to the bottom of this behavior together!
I have the newest version of Storyline. A screenshot may not help. I go in to add a trigger to the slide layer and click OK and it returns me to the slide layer. However, the trigger is not listed anywhere. If I got back in and recreate the trigger 2-3x's, it will eventually stick and I can see it on the screen. This has happened in two different files.

Hey Kathryn! Sorry that keeps happening to you -- that sounds frustrating!
Here's a video of what I'm seeing on my end. Could you share a similar Peek video of what you're seeing?
Also, if you're following the same steps but getting different results, try repairing Storyline. That usually sorts out wonky issues like this.
