Triggers overriding each other

Sep 11, 2013

Hi all,

I am currently on a page on story-line which I am trying to show a layer which has a button to the next page.   This layer is to be triggered after three objects have been clicked on and the state for each of these is changed to Visited.    Each of these button clicks also brings up a layer of information in their own right.
The snag is that the first two buttons when clicked bring up their individual information layer, no problem, but when the third button is clicked it triggers of the FINAL 'next button' layer without triggering it's own individual information layer.
It's as if the final layer has overridden the layer preceding it.
Does this make sense and can anyone assist?   Is there a way of having the final trigger activate AFTER the third layer has done it's work?

Layers by default close previous layers which is likely what is happening, you can chenge this behaviour use the gog on the right of the layer.

This is probably one of those things you need to plan out, if you want to show three layers but then have another layer show if all three buttons are visited this is always going to work this way the final layer will close the third layer.

unless you set the trigger on each layer instead to show layer on timeline end if buttons == visited.
