triggers & states on master slide

Aug 04, 2014

Hello!

Attached is a file with a bug I can't seem to figure out. The circles at the bottom of the slide should indicate which slide the learner is viewing, and which slides the learner has already progressed through. This works beautifully for the first 3 circles, but circles 4-10 appear for a moment with a "visited" state before they follow the script of variables as directed in the master slide.

Help?!

Thank you,

Wendy Morgan

Good Afternoon, Wendy.

This .story project file has a lot going on, and I'm not sure that all of it is relevant to this specific problem.

Can you please create a duplicate copy of your course, delete all slides, objects, triggers, states, and variables that are not relevant to this specific problem, and share the modified course with us? That will really cut down on the amount of time that it takes us to help you isolate the root cause of the problem.

Thanks!

Hello again, Wendy.

Unless I'm missing something, it seems I'm no longer able to reproduce the problem in your simplified version of the file. It looks like something you removed was contributing to the undesirable behavior. Can you isolate what you removed that might have been a contributing factor?

Good luck with your project!
