Triggers tab is bug

i already transition from using my storyline 2 to storyline 360 but one thing really caught my eye is that the triggers tab is bug. all the triggers are all jumbled up that you cant really distinguished what you are selecting. its like they are sticking up together, it might be a UIX problem is there a way to fix this thing?. what i do is i de-attached and attach again the trigger tab but once you go to a different layer with triggers on it. the jumbled triggers tab will show up again. there should be a fix to this. thanks

This is an issue that has been reported to our team.

The temporary solution is to undock and redock the triggers panel as you mentioned.

I'm adding this conversation to the report so that we can update you here as soon as we can.

Our team is still investigating this issue to determine the fix, so I don't have a release date yet. As soon as we know this discussion is tagged for an update so we'll post details here.

I'm not having this problem often enough to troubleshoot it properly, just enough to be frustrating. :)

Bryan, could you maybe try the proposed fix at the link below. Ashley, would the property be changed on the Storyline.exe file found in C:\Program Files (x86)\Articulate\360\Storyline?

This appears to be a problem in other Windows apps.

Hi Michael,

Those issues that are difficult to replicate consistently are always the hardest to track down.

What property are you looking at changing?

It's a windows app compatibility mode property. You should see it in the screenshot I attached above.

Thanks, Michael. Our team was looking into a similar setting and I know at least one colleague reproduced the issue on her external monitor and that setting wasn't enabled. So another clue we'll pass along to our engineers! Thanks for continuing to share your tests with us too.
