Triggers to jump to a slide are working intermittently

I have created a course where i had objects (key holes) set to jump to a specific slide when the user clicks. Everything was working fine UNTIL yesterday. The only change that was made was adding a trigger to show a pop up box if the user clicked the key rather than the key hole. I have removed this trigger and now the triggers to jump to slides only work sometimes. There doesnt seem any rhyme or reason and it is driving me MAD! :) I just tried adding "hot spots" over the objects with triggers to jump that way but it still doesnt work. The offending slide is 1.4 and 1.5. Any help would be greatly appreciated - file attached. Thank you.
