Trouble accessing Modern Player with Articulate 360 Jun 06, 2018 By Humberto Garcia I am trying to update my player to the modern player according to the directions that the website provided. To check which update you're using, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see 3.16.15842.0 in the bottom-right corner. If you find you need to update, follow the directions here!

My hunch is that you may need to download the latest update of Storyline 360.
To check which update you're using, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see 3.16.15842.0 in the bottom-right corner.
If you find you need to update, follow the directions here!
