Trouble shooting ideas - part 2

Hi Community, 

First, thanks for the tip on my other issue. I think I fixed that part. Here is my new dilemma. I truly don't have anyone else to ask so I am coming here. 

When I preview my entire project, everything seems to work. I've gone through my entire module in preview mode. However, when I "publish" to the Review 360 site so that I can share with my stakeholders for review, the review site does not show my whole project. It starts with one of the topic scenes. (It is not flagged as a starting scene). Has anyone ever encountered something like this? If so can you guide me for troubleshooting? I'm sure I clicked on something I did not mean to - I just don't see it.
