I am unable to access most of the items in the Content Library. When I do a search for photos, illustrations, icons or videos, most of the items are blocked.
Our tech support stated we need to access the material from a proxy server. Is there a place in the software settings to make this adjustment?
I have a similar issue, why i try to access the content library all i get is a small broken image icon so i cant see what the picture is unless i insert it. does it sound like the issue is at my end (my colleague has the same issue)
Were you able to take a look at the documentation I linked above? It sounds like your network may not be seeing all the necessary endpoints for our software to work correctly.
Take a look at that document and share it with your IT Team. That should be just what you and your colleague need.
I'm having the same issue. If this was an issue with the networks in which a secure network blocks the required domains for articulate 360 softwares to run properly wouldn't this affect all content library images. Currently when I search the content library from rise I see some images and not others. Only some image thumbnails load up and many are missing. Would you suggest the same fix for this?
