What version of Storyline are you using? To check, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see 3.25.18009.0 if you're using Storyline 360.
Does this problem happen in all web browsers or in one particular web browser?

You can see the version in the file on attachment
And yes it's appear in all browsers plus a new problems, the triggers are very slow and loading page too !
