I am new to Articulate, and have built a slide with many layers (concept map). I have recorded sound, added it to a button on the front slide and published the story.
When I load the Zip file into my LMS (Blackboard) [in its own file] and extract the files , the concept map comes up fine, layers all work well... but no audio.
I have viewed a couple of the tutorials,. but can't find what I am doing wrong.
My first thought would be to have you test the course by loading it up into a site such as SCORM Cloud (an industry standard testing method) to see if the audio doesn't play there as well. If it does, you'll want to connect with your Blackboard team about next steps. If you're able to replicate the behavior there, can you share the .story file here with us so that we could take a look?
