Try Again Button on Feedback layer issue

Correction on that I see that it is happening to all thefeedback masters. I add the layout to a layer edit the text of the button to be what I would like and the "Button" Changes to a text box and the triggers are deleted and a trigger for the slide is created "jump to next slide"

What Am i missing or doing wrong?

Now the buttons aren't showing up at all when I preview the scene.

Here is the file I have a couple different feedback masters none of they work or show the buttons when I preview the course.

here is the same file once I added triggers and edited the text of the button. They are all text boxes now.

Hi Melissa - Thanks for sharing your files. I see the issue in the first file that you mentioned with it looking like a blank box:

The second file is showing how the the buttons are converting to text boxes with no animation (ie. hover, down, selected etc) or style formatting. Once I edit the text of the button it is no longer a button and I have to re apply the trigger to a text box. That isn't what is suppose to happen, correct? 

Ah, got it now. Let me take another look :) I thought you just meant the button wasn't working.

I have also created a new file and only added a question and applied the questions feedback layout and this is not happening to the brand new file. So I know it's probably something I did.

I'd just like to know if I can correct it or have to start over :/
