I have an activity with incorrect, correct and try again feedbacks. However, when users submit the incorrect answer in the first attempt, they get the incorrect feedback instead of the try again feedback.
Could someone spot the issue by taking a look at the story file?
Interesting Pam - if you increase the attempts to 3 it works but not with attempts set to 2. I tried creating a new file and importing the slide in - same result. I notice you have two submit interaction triggers and the unassigned one cannot be deleted - not sure if that is indicating a corruption with the slide.
You might want to try recreating the slide from scratch and if still not working I would submit a support case.
It looks like there was something wonky going on with your custom submit button. I removed the button and replaced it with a new one--it seems to be working correctly now!

Thanks for taking the time to look at the story file.
I've tried recreating the slide from scratch but it's still not working properly. However, I changed the number of attempts to 3 as a workaround.
It would be good, however, to submit a support case!
