I'm on the verge of making some decent progress as a newbie...LOL.
I'm stumped again though! I have a question set so the learner can try 3 times if they get it wrong. However, it doesn't seem to restart the slide when it's wrong. Am I supposed to set the submit button to a trigger or is it supposed to automatically reset? I tried to setup a trigger but couldn't get it to work.
We are happy to help! Have you set the number of attempts to 3 for the question? Here's what that looks like:

Thank you for sharing the file! Since you aren't using the Drag and Drop option in Form View, the attempts won't add up. I've created an additional scene where I've manually tracked the attempts using a variable. I was hoping you could take a look and let me know what you think!
I thought I setup the question as a drag and drop.
It seems like it worked better but it didn't get to 3 attempts.
Is there a way I can add the "attempt" as a trigger in my original slide?
I'd like the correct/incorect prompts to come up when the learner chooses on the same slide and then reset. I'd prefer not having a separate slide for correct and incorrect.
I made a few adjustments to scene 2 in the file Lauren provided. I think they match what you are after. Take a look and let us know if you have any questions!
Not all items are available during the preview. I took a look at the file shared above and I assume that you may be previewing a single slide and when the next slide is triggered, that's when you're getting the preview pop-up. If you preview the entire scene or project, you will not see this. Here's some information:
You can display the counter of your slider by displaying the variable reference. I've attached an updated copy of the file Vincent shared and added this on slide 2.1 for you to take a look.

Yes, I did set it to 3 attempts.

That's what I was looking for. I will study how you did it.
I don't want to discount Lauren's help, FYI. She was also very helpful!!
Why is there a prompt that states: " Link isn't available in preview" ?
I was getting this in my version as well.
Also, how do I view the counter in the slide that shows the position of the pointer when it arrives at each digit?
