The tab key is generally used for accessibility as described here.
I'm guessing the enter key is connected to a text entry or similar? You may want to review this article on how the enter key will behave in a data entry field. You could still update the triggers to submit the interaction based on where the user clicks or another key used - but those two keys have some specific actions already associated with them.
