Just curious, has anyone done their own "Try Me's" of iPad apps using iPad screen grabs or movies (recorded with something like Reflector or AirServer and mirroring for recording with storyline or Replay) and the course was only meant to run on an iPad?
Assuming this is possible, any gotchas, observations or best practices? Did you output to HTML5 or AMP?
