Try Mode Intermittently Gets Stuck

Hello Articulate Community,

I've been working on a module that heavily uses Try mode with hotspots, free-form text fields, and other user interactions.  When we preview the file within Articulate 360 it works perfectly, however when we upload to Articulate review or our LMS (Cornerstone) the Try modes will randomly get stuck.  I.e. the hotspots will not advance the user to the next slide or play the animation trigger correctly.  Running through the module in Articulate Review or our LMS will result in the file getting "stuck" at random points.  It will work just fine on one run-through, but different problems will occur at different points, resulting in the user getting stuck, on tests two, three, etc.  This all happens randomly with no pattern or specific area the user gets stuck.

Any thoughts on what might be causing this?   We are using Storyline 360 and, unfortunately, I will be unable to share the file as it demonstrates proprietary software.  We have tried Review and our LMS in both Internet Explorer and Google Chrome with the same experience.
