Based on many examples in this forum, I created drag and drop questions with more than one right drop target for the drag items.
I used True/False questions as a base and set up trigger to change the state of the checkboxes based on the state of the drag items (Drop Correct vs. Drop Incorrect).
This worked as expected while building the questions in the single slide preview, but when I preview the entire scene (or visit the question in published form) and the questions are not viewed by themselves but on a draw from question bank slide, the checkboxes are not responding to the drops.
The sample file you created is incredibly helpful, thank you! Our team is working through an issue in Storyline 3 and Storyline 360 where 'change state to Drop Correct/Incorrect' triggers are not working in Question Banks. I'll be sure to add your experience to that report, and I'll tag this thread to be updated as soon as we get more information.

I managed to create a simplyfied version of the problematic question.
The same question works, when it is on a single slide and does not work when it is inside a question bank.
