I have been working on a series of videos recorded in Storyline 2. I have been creating both a View It Mode and a Try IT mode for each ones. Out of 8 videos recorded, two of them allow the creation of the Try It mode, but when trying to create a View mode version of the same it crashes somewhere midway and stops generating the View It video. The other six videos all work and allow both modes to be created. Any ideas what may be causing this unusual error?
Thanks for the response Christie. I actually gave the file to a coworker who tried the same function and in both cases the process crashed at the same point in the conversion on both computers. I suspect the problem is in the recording since all the other six videos did work fine.
