I have a storyline program that contains a slide with 4 hotspots that jump to different topics in the slide show. I want the main slide to keep track of which topics have been viewed. I presume I need to use a variable but I'm not sure how to write in the logic. Thanks.

Hi Andrea,
You could use a button with states associated to it as well. Take a look at how the built in states would behave - and it sounds like "visited" would work for your needs.
You'll need to have these states on a button or a shape - they can't be added to a hotspot.
