Trying to View Video In Published Course

I've published a course (mostly video) and am not able to view the video on any mobile device (iPhone, Android phone, iPad). It will open in a new tab, but when I play it, it’s a blank screen. You can see the progress bar on the bottom moving, which indicates that it’s loading/playing, but it’s stays completely blank.
When I published it, I published for HTML5 and Mobile Devices. In addition I checked the following boxes:
Include HTML5 Output
Use Articluate Mobile Player for iOS or Android
Allow downloading for offline viewing
LMS Options: Scorm 1.2
What do I need to do differently to make this work?

Hi, Jamie -- Sorry to hear your are having troubles! Have you had an opportunity to review this information on Publishing for Mobile Devices to ensure that everything is set properly and rule out that is why you are having difficulties?

It appears as though I have done things correctly, so I'm truly puzzled why it isn't working??
Hi, Jamie -- Thanks for confirming that you are following the proper steps for mobile devices. Can you please also confirm that you are experiencing this behavior when you test your course in the intended environment, as well?

Does the video work on a desktop? I would try publishing it for web+HTML5, upload it to some server and see if it works from there on a desktop and/or mobile device. Maybe your LMS does not support videos.
