Turn off dim for all layers in the entire project

I am creating software simulations and am trying to alter some default storyline 360 behavior so I can reduce how much editing is needed before I publish for my audience. I create a hint layer that appears when the user clicks outside the hotspot. The hint layer includes a callout that points to what they should click. I don't want the base layer to dim. I cannot figure out a way to either A: turn off the dim feature for all layers as a default or B: uncheck the 'dim' checkbox for all layers in all slides in the entire project.  Right now, I have to uncheck the dim checkbox on each and every slide. There has got to be a better way.
