Turn the menu 'free' after publishing

Hello,

I'm looking for a way to turn the menu options from restricted to free, after publishing a course.

I've tried by modifying frame.xml : <optiongroup name="menuoptions">
<options>
<option name="flow" value="free" />

and frame.json : "menuoptions","options":[{"__type":"option","value":"free","options":null,"properties":null,"name":"flow"}

Do I miss anything ?
