Our team does not want to include the default captions in our Storyline videos, but we also do not want to have to manually remove them after recording. I located instructions on how to find the ActionDescriptions.xml file which is supposed to be modified in order to eliminate default captions, but there are no instructions on what those "necessary modifications" are. Can anyone help?

Hi Cynthia,
You should be able to disable the captions in the view mode options area.
Right before you insert your recording, click the view mode options link and
then deselect the Add text captions option.
