Are you using Storyline 1 or Storyline 2? The two finger scroll was only for Storyline 1. Also, what iOS are you using on the iPad? I haven't run into any problems recently using the two finger scroll, although it is less than intuitive as I've heard other users share here in the forum (likely the change behind the one finger scroll in SL2).
Hi Ashley, I'm using S2. (I didn't realise the two finger scroll was gone in S2) However scrolling in my menu is not functional at all in html5.
Viewing html5 output on the pc, the scroll pane is visible but doesn't work. On iPad-Safari, it's not visible and nothing happens when I try to scroll (using one/two fingers).
Also, as a test, I created a scroll-pane in a standard slide, and that seems to work fine - scrolling works ok. For some reason, it's just the scroll pane in my menu layer - in slide master - that's not working.
Do you have a sample set up we could take a look at? You can share the .story file here with us, or if you'd prefer to share privately you can send it along here. If you use that form, please let us know here once you've uploaded it.
Within Storyline 2 you can use the one finger scroll as detailed here.
Storyline 1 still defaults to the two finger scroll. It's also worth noting that regardless of your publishing method, Mobile Safari doesn't show scroll bars until you begin scrolling.
Nothing was attached here, and if you're responding via email it won't include attachments as a part of the forum response. You'll need to visit this page to upload your project files using the "add attachment" button.
You mentioned a layer, and it does sound similar to an issue that is with our QA team for the scroll panels on layers in the HTML5 only on mobile safari - it seems that using the Articulate Mobile Player is the recommended workaround. If you'd like to share your .story file I'm also happy to take a look and confirm if it matches that issue or if you're running into something else.

Hi Ashley,
Agreed with you, however, the scroll pane is not scrolling in iPad. Please let me know if
I have to take care of any settings for the slide layer for which the scroll pane is attached. Please advice.
