I am working on a template designed by a colleague. There are two hyperlinks set up within a single text box on the master slide. The triggers look fine but when I publish neither of the links work. So I am wondering if the problem is that there are two hyperlinks in the same text box.
You should be able to put two hyperlinks in the same box, but have you applied any animation to the paragraph as there is a known issue described here in relation to the hyperlinks.
Thanks for your help. I discovered that this does work when published but not in preview mode. This seems a bit odd to be as a text box with a single hyperlink does work in preview mode. Anyway the main thing is that this method works and that was all I was concerned about.
Thanks for the update, and testing it out in Preview may be a part of the problem as not everything work as expected there, so I'm glad it worked when you published it.

Hi Carol and welcome to Heroes!

You'll also want to confirm that when testing your published output you're testing within the intended publish environment as testing locally could cause you to encounter some local security restrictions.
