Type in "text" answer and click submit

I think my brain is fried - nevermind I got It

and when I search "text" or "data entry" or "submit" or "interactive objects" - it does not find any info - is search down?

How do I set-up an interaction where a user can type in an answer freely and then a generic response appears as answer?
