Not sure exactly what you need, but Learners won't be scored if you don't add a Results slide. If that doesn't answer your question, be sure to shout out with more information.
Good hotspot spotting, Leslie. Yes, the Freeform Hotspot quiz has "none" as a scoring option, but the Graded Hotspot, Accessed by clicking Quizzing >Graded and then selecting Hotspot, only has by question and by choice, as seen below (sorry about also attaching it...finger check). And the dialog box titles for both look the same: "Hotspot Question - Articulate Storyline."

Hi Susan and Welcome to E-Learning Heroes!
Are you talking about this box where you can mark score as 'None'?
If not, I'm going to need a little more information, perhaps you could share your file?
There is also a helpful tutorial about Hotspots, including unscored ones.
Hope this helps!
Hi Leslie
Spot on!
I do not get the "None" option. What should I do?
I have been through the tutorial, but without the "None" option it remain scored and therefore only one correct hotspot.
Hi Rebecca
Thanks for the assistance.
It would seem that Leslie has a handle on the problem. I just do not get the "None" option for scoring.
Hi Susan! That may be because of the type of slide that you're using. Here's what I used:
Then I had the option as I explained before:

Dear Leslie and Rebecca
You are officially declared as "angels".
Thank you so much. I am still learning obviously, but will get there.
Glad the information helped you Susan! Thanks Rebecca!
Susan and Leslie,
Tx to both of you for the posts. I hadn't been aware of that difference in the two types of Hotspot quizzes. Always "learnin'"!
