I've added some cue points on a screencast video created in storyline which also has audio added. I right click to delete cue points but it does not work. I deleted the audio and added back and the cue points come back and still not able to delete. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. SL2
I just made a test file and was able to delete the cue points. Please make sure you are working locally as described here. Have you seen this on other slides, or just this one? You may also want to look into the steps here if you continue to have issues.
I've done all the test listed in these 2 help docs and still same issue. I've also sent the same file to another SL2 user and they have no problems deleting the cues. They sent me a file with cues that they were able to delete and read and I cannot delete them either.
i am trying to figure out how to add cue points to my storeyline 2 project. I am recording the audio directly into Storeyline. when i preview the audio i click C to add a cue but the preview stops and no cue is added. What am i doing wrong?
Are you using the Play button from the timeline or while within the audio editor? As described here, you'll want to use the play button as a part of the slide timeline and then you can use the C button.
That is the mistaken I was making. I wasn't using the play button. I was double clicking the audio on the timeline and he play icon next to the slide. This is a HUGE help, thanks Ashley!!!

I was able to delete the points on the file. You may want to try the repair steps on your Storyline again.
