Unable to download Storyline

Hi,
I just got a new computer and am trying to download the trial version so that I can get Storyline back. From there I can open, enter my key and info, and register it.
However I go to the download link, try to log in using my Articulate credentials and am told my account is not active. It provides a link to have an email sent to my ID. I click that.
After that, nothing happens. I have tried several times but am not receiving any emails from Articulate, so I can't download it.
Any suggestions?

P.S. Also need to re-install Studio 9. Can I even get that now with the new version out?

Have progressed to the point I'm able to open all products but when I try to activate them it tells me I've exceeded the number of installs for my serial numbers. Have opened a case with support.
And done! Perfectly logical to uninstall from the old computer first and yet it never occurred to me. Support came through fast and accurate! Thanks!!
