Everytime I activate the download for Update 9, the InstallShield Wizard performs the setup. However, once that setup completes a window with the message 'It appears you have Articulate Storyline running. Make sure Articulate Storyline is closed, then run this install agai' appears and it won't go even after exiting Storyline. I even ensured it's not running in the background by checking in the task manager of windows.
Have you tried restarting your computer to ensure you've got everything shut down and installed correctly? If you're still having difficulty you may want to connect with our Support team and they'll be able to take some additional information from you to figure out what's going on.
After many attempt with restarts and downloads, I managed to get to the bottom of this. Basically, our organisation put a restriction on admin rights on our campus PCs.
