Unable to download Storyline and updates

Hi there,

It seems I am unable to download Storyline and updates even as an administrator where it keeps coming up install failed error code 80070005.

Access denied, your antivirus software maybe blocking installation. Temporarily disable it and install again. 

I have temporarily disabled the antivirus and done other troubleshooting steps yet it still comes up with same message. Can you please assist with this issue as it seems to be on your end and not local IT.
