Unable to download update Articulate Storyline

Hi,

I lost a week by trying to download your newest nobody asked for it update. Why can't you give the option to work with a non-updated version??? It is REALLY frustrating.

I have tried all troubleshooting tips (which were not at all helpful) and still does not download. I have lost today only 2 hours trying.

You can launch the Articulate apps from your Start menu to continue working, then update your apps later if needed.
