I'm not very familiar with Playposit or Padlet, but my understanding is that they are not exactly videos, but interactive content. How are you adding them to Storyline?
I used one of Padlet's sample projects and inserted it as a Web Object, and it worked when I published it. Check this article out for more information on using web objects in Storyline 360:
