Unable to find my logo and the attachment tab in my mobile version

Hi Peter,

I noticed that your Articulate Mobile Player does not support logo placement, however our LMS provider's mobile player (Intellium) has displayed our logo from time to time. Totally random. Most of the time we cannot see our logo on my iPad, but once in a while, it will just "pop" up out of nowhere!

Any ideas why this happens or is this going to be addressed in future revisions of Storyline?

Hey John!

When you say you can see your logo from time to time, are you playing the course in HTML5 or through our Articulate Mobile Player? The logo should be visible at all times when played through HTML5, but it's still not supported in our Mobile Player. 

If it's randomly popping up on one or the other outputs, I would be as baffled as you

My assumption is that it is playing in HTML5, however it is also playing through a custom player that our LMS provider has developed for their own customer population.

Very strange that it typically does not show up, and then one or two times I look down and I see the logo on the iPad2 screen. Very odd!

if you have any ideas please let me know. Also, I will put in a support ticket on this to see what your developers may have to say.
