Unable to hear audio Sep 19, 2017 By Michelle Ramirez I have a file that has over 50 slides. I am unable to hear audio on several of the slides. After publishing, I pause the player then click play again I am able to hear the audio. Please help.

Let's start with a few basics: What version of Storyline are you using? Did you publish for LMS or Web? Where did you host the published content? If you can also attach your original (unpublished) file to a new thread comment, that would be helpful too!
